First Reading Genesis 3: 9-24
But the Lord God called to the man and said to him: "Where are you?" He replied: "When I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I am hiding." His word: "Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you not to eat?" The man said: "The woman whom thou in me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate." Then spake the Lord God to the woman, "What have you done this?" The woman said: "The snake who deceived me, and I ate." Then said the Lord God said to the serpent, "Because you have done this, cursed are you above all cattle, and among every beast of the field; on your belly shall you go, and dust shall you eat all your life.
I will hold enmity between thee and the woman, between thy seed and her seed; offspring will crush your head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. "The Lord said to the woman:" Suffering and tired when I will greatly lots; with pain you will give birth to your son; yet your desire shall be for your husband and he shall rule over you. "The Lord said to the man:" Because you listened to your wife and ate from the tree about which I commanded you not eat of it, cursed is the ground because of you; in toil you will eat of it all days of your life:
thorns and thistles that will bring forth to thee, and herbs of the field will be your food; By the sweat of your face you shall eat bread, till thou return to the ground, since from it you were taken; For you are dust and you will return to dust. "Man was given the name Eve to his wife, because she was the mother of all living. And the Lord God made garments of skins for the man and for his wife, then wear them. So the LORD said God: "Behold, the man has become like one of us, to know good and evil; and now, lest he put forth his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, so that he lives forever. "Then the Lord God expelled him from the garden of Eden that he may cultivate the ground from which he was taken.
He drove the man in the east of the garden of Eden He stationed the cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and flashing to guard the way to the tree of life.

Psalm Ps 90: 2.3-4.5-6.12-13
Before the mountains were born, and born of the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting you are God.
You restore man to dust, and said: "Return, O children of men!" Because in your eyes a thousand years are like yesterday, if passed, or as a shift in the night.
You sweep men; they are like a dream, like grass that grows on the morning expand and grow, in the evening wilted and withered.
Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom. Return, O Lord - how long? - And have pity on thy servants!

Gospel reading Mark 8: 1-10
On one occasion a large number of people followed him. Because they do not have food, Jesus called the disciples to him and said, "My heart is moved with compassion for these people. For three days they follow me and they do not have food. If I send them away to their homes hungry, they will faint on the way, some of them have come from far away. " His disciples replied, "How in this desolate place one can give them bread to the full?"
He asked them, "How many loaves do you have?" They answered, "Seven." And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground. Then he took the seven loaves, gave thanks and broke it
and gave them to his disciples to distribute. And they gave them to the crowds. They have also some fish. After blessed it, Jesus told that the fish was also distributed. And they ate and were satisfied. Then people collect the broken pieces left over, seven baskets. They were about four thousand people. Then he sent them away. Finally, as he was coming into the boat with his disciples and went to the region of Dalmanutha.
Thus the Gospel of the Lord.

Devotional.
Compassionate is the attitude of love where people with the joy of sharing with others. Air compassionate people who are happy to share with others, not because he is an abundant but because of him. Grateful for the compassionate aware that both his life and what he has is a gift from God. Miracle of loaves and fishes, performed by Jesus in today's Gospel set an example to the students to live in a compassionate and share with others. When challenged students as waiters closest to him. Jesus asks them to feed so many people have about three days to follow him. Sure they're starving, because they carry less stock has run out. The disciples were confused because they only think in terms of the ability of themselves .They fail to think of the Jesus, when they know that for Jesus nothing is impossible.
Jesus taught us to always share, sharing as a sign of gratitude and love. Sharing not only to empower others to be self-sufficient to feed herself and her family. But sharing is also just as Jesus did, which is to feed the hungry and drink to the thirsty, visit the sick, comfort the bereaved, treat the injured and others. This means, we should also give directly to those in need what they need. Well if we give it the hook if requested fish, but also need to give the fish immediately if it is really needed by them.

Item contemplation.
Blame, that's one of the sins. Just look at the first reading today after Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit, they became aware that they were naked. Now they have to bear sin, ie, suffering and death. When found God, Adam said that it was all because because of her, and when God asked Eve Eve blamed the serpent. Such is the hallmark of sin, blaming each other.
Compare with what made Jesus the New Adam in today's Gospel, Jesus was moved by compassion to the people who are starving. This is typical grace of God which becomes the opposite of sin. Compassion, solidarity and compassion. Mercy and solidarity that makes the Lord Jesus feed to four thousand people.
Let us examine the model of family life or our communities, like there was something wrong between us, and then we blame someone else, well that community of Adam and Eve. But if there is something wrong between us, we immediately recognize our mistakes, respectively, to forgive each other because of the attitude that compassion, and bear one shared everything, well this is a true Christian community.

Prayer.
Good Lord, deliver us from feeling stingy and jiwailah us with compassion, so that other people feel the kindness. Amen.
