Feast Jesus Presented in the Temple
First reading Malachi 3: 1-4
Thus saith the Lord of hosts, "Behold, I send my messenger,
and he shall prepare the way before Me! The Lord whom you seek
with the sudden entry into his temple! The agreement will ye angels, indeed, he is coming. Who can keep standing when he appeared? For he, like fire artisan metal refiner
and like soap laundryman. He will sit as a refiner of silver; He will purify the Levites, purge them as gold and silver, that they may be people
that the sacrifices of righteousness to God. The offerings of Judah and Jerusalem will be pleasing to God
as in the days of yore, and as the years before.

Lord of the universe, He is the King of glory.
* Lift up your heads, O gates, and open yourself wide, ye everlasting doors, that the King of glory come in!

Second Reading Hebrews 2: 14-18
Ladies and Gentlemen, People of God entrusted to Jesus
are the children of flesh and blood. Joseph and Mary were amazed at everything that was said about the Child Jesus. This story shows how the Holy Family in Nazareth. They are a family who obey the law. When the time came for their purification according to the Law, Jesus' parents took him to the temple to present him to the Lord and offered sacrifices (cf. Lev 12: 6-8).
