Yun First Reading 3: 1-10
God said to Jonah, "Arise, and go to Nineveh, that great city. Convey the proclamation which I spake unto you." So be prepared to Jonah went to Nineveh, according to the word of God. Nineveh was an exceedingly great city, three days' walk. Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, "Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be turned upside - turn it over." and cry mightily to God; and everyone must turn from their evil way and from the violence that is. For as Jonah became a sign to the people of Nineveh, so the Son of Man will be a sign to this generation. At the judgment the queen of the South will rise up with the men of this generation, and shall condemn them: because she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and indeed, that there are here more than Solomon! at the time of the judgment, the people of Nineveh will stand up with force and they shall condemn.

Prayer
