Reading the Liturgy Monday, October 26, 2015

Reading 1: Rom 8: 12-17
So, brothers and sisters, we are in debt, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. All who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.
For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit who makes you sons of God. Spirit we cry, "Abba, Father!" The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit that we are children of God. And if we are children, then we are heirs of people who are entitled to receive the promises of God, who will receive it together with Christ, if we suffer together with Him, that we may also be glorified collectively with him.
Thus saith the Lord.

Psalms: 68: 2,4,6-7ab, 20-21.
Our God is a God who saves.
God arise, scatter his enemies, those who hate Him flee before Him.
But the righteous rejoice, they rejoice before God, rejoice.
Sing to God, sing his name, make a way for him who rides on the clouds! His name is the LORD; rialah rejoice in his presence!
Father of orphans and protector of widows, is God in his holy habitation; God gives shelter to the people alone, he put out the prisoners, so they are happy,
Bless God! Day after day he bore for us; God is our salvation. God for us is the God who saves, GOD, my Lord, give deliverance from death. Indeed, Allah crush the heads of his enemies, the hairy skull of a man who still lives in his mistakes.

Gospel: Luke 13: 10-17
At one time he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. In a woman was there who had been disabled by a spirit for eighteen years so that he was bent his back and could not stand up straight again. When Jesus saw her, He called him and said to him: "Hi mom, your disease has been cured." Then he put his hands on her, and instantly she stood up, and glorify God. But the head of the synagogue, indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, he said to the crowd: "There are six days for work. So come on those days and be healed, and not on the Sabbath." But the Lord answered him, saying: "O ye hypocrites, does not each one of you in releasing his ox or his donkey on the Sabbath of the cage and take him to a drink? Is not this woman, eighteen years bound by Satan, must loosed from this bond, because he is a descendant of Abraham? " And when he said this, all his opponents felt ashamed and all the crowd rejoiced at all things noble, who has done his

Afterthought
What actually have we done as Catholics? Go to church weekly course a natural thing. Do good and be responsible for our respective families, and even then not unusual and should we make. Give charity every time the Eucharist or worship in the environment, is also a natural thing as our thankfulness. "All the people led by the Spirit of God are sons and daughters of God. For you receive not the spirit of bondage again to fear you, but the Spirit who makes you sons and daughters of God. "The call to be a free person who can act freely because there is no guarantee of safety should be the one to make us happy and full of joy, is revealed also in prayer."
Once the closing ceremony juvenile retreat, guides invite every participant to formulate and express gratitude that has been experienced during the retreat in the saying a short prayer, a prayer of thanksgiving and petition. However, out of 35 participants of the retreat none dare reveal spontaneous prayer but four facilitator. Guiding continues to provide opportunities and led to some things that can be expressed as an excuse gratitude, whether it is the kindness of parents, the dedication of the companion with a striking retreat groove, thanks to the universe and friends. In the period of almost 20 minutes, there were four children reveals a short spontaneous prayer. Question for all of us, what we teach children that they have a grateful heart that is easy and not bound fear or guilt in prayer prayers. We are an independent children, the sons and daughters of God special.

Items to contemplation.
Our God is a God who saves, do not be afraid to speak up to Him in prayer and acts of love.

Prayer.
O Lord, open our hearts to always give the opportunity to others to develop from weakness. Amen.
