Reading 1: Isaiah 53: 10-11
God willing crushes his servant with pain. But if he gave himself as a sacrifice penance, he will see his offspring, his days will be continued, and God's will be done for him. Reading 2: Hebrews 4: 14-16
Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a High Priest, who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God. So let us hold fast our confession. Gospel: Mark 10: 35-45
On one occasion James and John, sons of Zebedee, came to Jesus,
and said to Him, "Teacher, we hope you grant a request for us!" Jesus answered them, "What do you want that I have done to you?"
They replied, "Let us sit in your glory later,
one on thy right hand, and another on the left you. "But Jesus said to them," You do not know what you are asking. What would you do have to drink the cup that I drink, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized? "They replied," We can! "Jesus said to them,
"Indeed, you would have to drink the cup that I drink, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized. But to sit at my right or left,
Not mine to give. It will be given to those for whom it provides. "Hearing that, the ten other disciples become angry with James and John. But Jesus called them and said, "You know that those who called the government of the nations rule the people with an iron hand, and the men of his officials exercise authority over them. Afterthought.
Profession waiters are usually considered low, it is not the task of serving means are always under the command and kehendah served? If a waiter to be patient, humble, obedient command, it has been fair, we did not realize that the role of a waiter that require various virtues that need also owned by everyone. Good steward is a servant who knows his job, doing well, the goal only served, sensitive to the needs serviced, self-sacrificing.
That is why Jesus advised his disciples in order to build a sense of serving as a main characteristic of the Christian faith. Jesus uses an interesting paradox to be observed: be great means willing to be a servant, becoming a leading means willing to be a servant to all. The ultimate example of the attitude of service is Jesus, he was not to be served but to serve, even to give his life for many people. Good service can be measured by the success in the service, support and affirmation.
For Jesus leads it serves, A good leader is a good waiter. That way a leader just think about people they lead, failure of a leader usually starts when leaders selfish, want to be served and more emphasis on personal desires

Items to contemplation.
