First reading: Joel 3: 12-21,
Okay nations and move forward into the valley of Jehoshaphat, for there I will sit to judge all the nations on every side.
Sickle, because the harvest is ripe; Come, thresh, because the place is full of wine; places extortion abundance, because many of their crimes. Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! Yes, the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision! The sun and moon are darkened and the stars refuse to shine. Rejoice in the LORD, ye righteous.
The Lord is King! Let the earth rejoice, let many islands be glad! Clouds and darkness there is around him, fairness and justice are the foundation of his throne.

Gospel reading Luke 11: 27-28
While he was still speaking, a woman cried out from the crowd and said to him: "Blessed is the mother who had conceived thee and milk that have been breastfeeding for you."
But he said: "The blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it."


Afterthought
Perhaps we have heard or read a spiritual book entitled: "a little happy, youthful dissipation, rich old, wants to die to go to heaven" title that describes a life skills. Happiness, that's the key word, many people understand that to obtain this dream and that they can be happy. This makes the happiness of the human perception of a race to the needs, with the needs, the expected happiness achieved.
